Unhappy Need info on rejoining my sorority!

I had to drop my sorority at the beginning of this past summer because of financial problems. Now I have money and I want to know if there is any way that I am able to rejoin my sorority again, or is it just a lost cause? I really love my sorority and want to be a part of it again, but I'm afraid it's too late now.

OK, first of all I really am confused as how you were able to do anything over the summer (when school's not in session).

But beyond that...some groups allow you to rejoin if you pay your back dues. Some do not. Contact your sorority's national headquarters to see which way yours falls. This is, of course, providing that you self terminated and were not terminated by your chapter.

Depending on the sorority, if you were initiated and terminated your membership, it may not be possible for you to join again.

You need to contact an advisor or some other knowledgeable officer concerning their specific policies.

Each sorority has different policies concerning re-joining.
