I don't know too much about the system there, as I was not active while I attended USF, but from what I have heard it would probably not be that big of a deal. I do know that the greek system is relatively small, so I would say go through rush. I would not make a big deal out of the fact that you are a senior (don't offer it up, but tell the truth if they ask). They will find out what is important to them.
