I will let you know. Though I guess I should get on with planning the trip, because I don't want to be there in the heat of the summer burning my feet on the sand.
I was in Jamaica a couple of years ago, my first time visiting a Caribbean island too. We stayed at one of those all-inclusive places and I didn't get off of the resort too much except for planned excursions, so I didn't really get much of a sense of the local flavor. However, going there made me understand how people can go to these islands just to sit on the beach. I could stare at those caribbean blue waters all day long.
