If he was smart he would have let her know that he had it and used it for blackmail for a very long time. He's lost all value for future use and it was much more valuable before he showed his hand. Think about all the perks of having this knowledge and threatening to expose it.

Hahaha! I am a little sister X4 and very good at being manipulative and evil if need be. Even as an adult I still have some advantages at times for various reasons. I also attribute it to my reading of Machiavelli's "The Prince" and Sun Tzu's "Art of War" in junior high as a way to encourage my precocious wheeling and dealing of my older sibling's dirty secrets.

"v" stands for virgin. "Turning in your v-card" is a popular term for losing your virginity. For many high school kids, you haven't lost your virginity until you physically have intercourse. And just cause she wrote this list down doesn't mean she's done anything....yet. (although, i doubt it)

One of them was MAYBE v-card and the other just said V-card, so she might have been willing for one but preferred the other.

Well, when I was in high school, we always joked that you have 3 clicks on your V-Card before you actually lost it.
SOOO maybe those are clicks 2 and 3 (b/c I have a feeling she's past 1 already)...
