By all measures, Notre Dame should be the 12th member of the conference. If you heard Frank Deford on NPR recently, Mississippi State makes more money from television than Notre Dame.
Notre Dame is not joining the B10, not now and not in the foreseeable future. There are a lot of reasons not to join the B10 (and money is not one of them).
