I looked at your website, and you're casting a pretty wide net as to who your club is directed at. You're going to have much, much, MUCH more differences of opinion/outlook/etc etc than an average chapter of a sorority would. It's apples and oranges. You'd probably be better off asking your questions of groups that are more similar.
