Most/all NPHC sororities do not provide feedback regarding why someone did not get invited to join or move on to the next step, for a myriad of reasons. If you made it to the interview (and not everyone does) then perhaps it was your interview. Review your interview overall and your answers to the questions and you might be able to find where you went wrong.
On the other hand, the chapter may have had a certain number of candidates in mind (or as decided by the school and some schools do dictate how many can be in an intake group) and perhaps they chose their top candidates based on what they need in their chapter. You just never know so spend less time trying to figure out why you weren't selected and more time trying to improve upon your qualifications (beyond the basics) and yes, try again next time.
