By the time I had seen it, most of the teenage fans had already passed through it was mostly people around 22-35, I'd say. Fair number of men, too. I enjoyed the uncomfortable laughter when all of the woman gasped when Jake first took off his shirt....and they remembered he is 17.

I don't know if you read the series, but if you did, that scene makes TOTAL sense. (The slow motion was not really necessary, lol)

She swoons, then reprimands herself because he is only 17. But the MINUTE he turns 18.... lol!!!
The directing was better, I think they got the "feel" of the book better than the first one. Funny what a strong box office will do.
