I scanned and witnessed the fluff for myself. This is a result of trying to juggle so many storylines right out the gate. Back in the day, ATSB started out slowly and only focused on Alphas and AKAs, and then other orgs slowly appeared. We got to know the characters better because ADoP knew the characters and their lives so much better.
