It was already enough that Sean was having an affair with Jay but now it turns out that Jay is on the "DL". Now, I'm looking forward to seeing how this develops

I do think Kia was being a bit dramatic in leaving Jeff. First, she should have never said anything to him in the first place because of Jeff and Kyle's rocky relationship but she also needed to consider his position as team captain. They do play a contact sport and any transfer of fluids puts others at risk. Leaving him was immature, IMO. She could have gone home pissed and waited to cool off but I've got a feeling something bad will happen to Jeff and then Kia will be knee-deep in guilt.

Krys - Stop while you are ahead, girlfriend. Public sympathy was on your side but you can ruin your rep by going down this route.
