My chapter uses Path of Principles. We don't really like it very much. It is a great program, but it would work for those at a traditional 4 year university like OU where the students are always in constant contact with their brothers. The Gamma Rho chapter is a little different because most of us work 40 hour work weeks and are only at the campus long enough to go to class. For this reason, we don't care for path of principles very much because it really doesn't give us very much time to get to know the associates. In the past, we have initiated members and then they take off their mask and become a totally different person, and we might have seen their true colors before we shared everything with them if we had more time.
