Another Black Council?

What I meant was another council besides NPHC. I can see the purpose in them, but not in having more then one council for each type of group.

The NPHC is not easy to join.

Nor would I advocate joining the NPHC if I knew of an organization large enough to qualify.

How so and why do you feel that way? I know next to nothing about the NPHC itself.
