I'll agree with this.
To be honest, this type of financial witholding and taking money from each other happens everyday in divorce court.
Wife atrempts to hide money from arbitrator because she is afraid hubby will take it (not right). Hubby withdraws all of the money from the joint account because he'd rather spend it than give it to her and the kids. They go back and forth. It's all been done.
In the end, with all the nastiness, the kids are the ones who lose/suffer the most.

There was something in the news that Jon was trying to halt the divorce and that he apologized for being public with other women so quickly after Kate filed for divorce....
