Is the Neilson ratings system broken?

The last time I got one (I've done them a couple times) they had separate pages for On demand and DVRed programs and/or things you taped on a VCR.

I just filled out a survey a few months ago, and the DVR/VCR options were available.

I'm guessing they'll have to include a Hulu/internet watching option on the forms at some point in the near future.
