No- mine is in a few weeks and I am quite nervous! I bought my plane ticket, have reservations made, and am just picking out a suit.
Advice as far as what to wear? I am planning on wearing a really professional suit.

In medicine, professional and classic are the rule. Do not try to break this rule. It won't make you stand out in a good way. Dark suit. Sensible shoes. Understated jewelry.

I have plain black heels, which I think I'll wear and my tiny diamond studs is all the jewelry I plan to wear.
This is a stupid, stupid question but when we (other senior pre-meds) were discussing interviews, someone mentioned it was a bad idea to wear a skirt suit and I should wear a pants suit. Is this true? Most of my nice suits are skirts, rather than pants.
Also, my interview is in the South. Most of my suits are really warm, perfect for Midwestern fall. Any tips on coping with the climate change?
Thanks for all your help everyone. I really, really appreciate it.

Skirt suits are certainly appropriate for women. Most women I know wore and continue to wear suits with skirts to interviews for med school/ residency and jobs.
The black heels and diamond studs sound very nice. Most of the Southern schools have well controlled in door climates so heat shouldn't be a problem. Just turn the AC up in your car! Good luck!

When I interviewed, it was a good mix of skirts and pants, so I think you would be fine with either.
I agree with sensible shoes.....nothing sky-high and they should be reasonably comfortable. Depending on the school, there could be A LOT of walking. Also, go light and natural on the makeup.
Good luck!
