Also, a difference in cost may have to do with the NATIONAL fees of the sorority. If Blush's National charges higher National dues, pledging fees, initation fees, etc. than Eyeliner, their overall costs are going to be higher.
Also, what FSUZeta says is true. There were chapters with dues LOWER than ours who had ALOT of social events because they didn't include it in the price and asked girls to pay out of pocket for them.
