I didn't say you didn't. However, quoting where I said I don't support the death penalty, then adding a bitchy little comment, implies that my points are invalid because I don't believe in the death penalty.

Besides, you still haven't cited your source where Susan Atkins had a child while in prison. All I could find was that she had conjugal visits.

For the record, I guess that was what I said that incited all this craziness. It's a legitimate question - I was really trying to find out if she actually had another child. Seeing as I (maybe mistakenly) mentioned a child that would know her in my first post in this thread.

She had a son in October of 1968, she also had a son after that. I'm not sure if it was from her 1st or 2nd husband. Tex Watson who also participated in the murders had not only one but two kids while in prison.

Where did you read that? The articles I've read since she died mention the one son that she had in 1968.

Can you please link your source that said she had two kids? I'm dead serious. I can't find anything, unless I missed something on her wikipedia page, and I'm genuinely curious.

And for the record, the only part of my second post in this thread that was directed at you was asking for that source. The rest was general.

ETA: I'm sorry, I also directed the comment about free healthcare being necessary at you, but only because you were the one who said that she shouldn't have had it.

ETA: I edited that post to reflect what "you" was directed at cheerfulgreek, and what "you" was not directed at anyone in general. That was my bad, I didn't realize how unclear that sounded.

I saw it on the news long before she died, and I also read it on the internet long before she died. She doesn't know much if anything at all about her son before the murders. She was getting visits from her 1st husband who she married in prison and her 2nd husband and her son. Before she died I thought these visits were from her son who she gave birth to in 1968, but she doesn't know where he is. I could have gotten it confused.
