I don't think I can help much with ZPB stuff, but if you have any other questions, feel free to PM. I can tell you almost anything you want to know about OKC and the surrounding metro area. I can tell you that based upon what you say, your husband is going to be stationed at Tinker AFB in Midwest City. The Mid/Del area isn't too bad.
You'll be very pleased with what your money can buy when it comes to real estate.
As far as work goes, you'll probably be pleased with the number of opportunities. Forbes recently had us as being one of the top (I think we were #2) cities in the country with regard to our job openings:job seekers ratio. In my opinion, the best opportunities can be found at one of the city's energy companies. Particularly Devon or Chesapeake.
