Nationality CAN be an issue depending on the region.

Being English may help you out, if anything.

As long as you are a full time student (and not an exchange student), there shouldn't be problems...

Depending on the University, you'll still need recommendations, etc. which could be hard to get in England...but not impossible - I am in England and am more than happy to meet with PNMs for Delta Gamma to provide recs.
