Speaking of Michigan... after a disastrous first half, App State almost turned it around against East Carolina. Final was 29-24.

My alma mater pitched a shutout in its season opener!!!

Can't really talk shit, though, after 2007.

I'm glad Michigan is breaking its "losing the season opener" streak.
