Businesses with free sites/email

If you saw a business using a free website hosted through a site such as Freewebs or an e-mail through yahoo or hotmail, would you find it unprofessional? Would it discourage you from using the business? Would it depend how well put together their website seemed?

I'm just curious as I've seen a lot of free "business" websites and the whole thing just seemed unprofessional, yet at the same time I've seen a few who did manage to look professional.

I'm very wary of businesses who use Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses. Buyer beware!

Co-sign.

Even the smallest (legitimate) businesses know that having your own domain name is important (and inexpensive).
