I would surmise that he did the teeth and the fingers so that she could not be identified through dental records nor fingerprints. In any case, disturbing, creepy and sick.

Is this the poor girl that was identified because of her implants? If so, it's getting some play in Florida.

Yes, that is the same woman.

I myself have been keeping my eyes open for this creep, as they believe that if he crossed into Canada, that he may be in the Lower Mainland. It was all over the papers on Friday (including being the cover story on most of the papers, both the little ones and the larger circulation ones) so his face is definitely getting out there. People are definitely aware that he could be in our city. I hope they apprehend him soon.
