Auburn Recruitment 2009 New Members
WooHoo---my 9 PNM's that I wrote letters of recommendation--all received bids from 7 different sororities. That's a success in my book! One AOPi, two AlphaXi's, one ChiO, two DZ's, one GammaPhi, one Theta and one PiPhi.

Quota at Auburn
I think I can shed some light on the quota confusion.
Typically the night of Preference on campuses that use RFM, the panhellenic will set a quota range. If they are using ICS, they will put the low end of quota range as the quota number in ICS - that does not mean quota will be that number. It means it will not be less than that number. Last night in ICS, quota was set at 49.
When we were called by Panhellenic last night regarding our number we were told that quota was set at 53. I can let everyone know absolutely 100% for certain when I receive the RFM report for this campus.

Logically, if quota *was* 49 and all the chapters got quota additions then somebody figured something wrong. Does Auburn have a separate upperclassman quota? That can cause confusion on just what quota was sometimes. I don't recall hearing that Auburn did though. Given the fact that all the chapters did as well as they did without any one chapter receiving significantly fewer new members, congratulations are in order for all of them!! What a perfect Panhellenic scenario!

under this scenario does it mean a girl may have received her second choice because she was bumped to make sure everyone received a spot for all pnm's that went to pref
