Wasn't there a rumor circulating a couple of years ago about Lisa Lopes being killed in a car accident in Honduras? If memory serves, the rumor made national headlines and caused some major embarrassment to the media when the story was proved to be false.
I'm really hoping that this is another one of those rumors. I have always been a fan of TLC and Lisa.
