The only liquor law I know of in Illinois is that there are local time limits to when alcohol can be bought on Sundays.

It's Nasty Light at my school, though one fraternity uses mostly PBR.

hah two of my friends love PBR. And people usually only buy Nasty Light like the first few weeks of school when beer is basically free at parties. Then it goes away.

Most people drink at the parties only or the Pub. Yes we have a bar on campus.

our fraternity had to do somewhat this, easiest way is to say its a cigar party "meet the pikes" and u can bring dates. theres chicks so its not sausage but theres always people without dates so its not a party buy cheap cigars and any rushiees will get a chance to actually meet the frat
