Sorry, I'm also tired and that that your "Not this time" applied to me updating Wikipedia and that the reason that I wouldn't be able to edit Wikipedia was that you had beaten me to it and added that information to Wikipedia yourself.

When I realized that the "Not this time" was in response to Gamma Girl52's statement on when it was announced, I deleted my message.

Yes sir, I was saying "not this time" to GG52s comment about annoucement... we should have an annoucement this fall.
