But you have a "color" in your signature. Ooops, now I've ruined the color trend.

Haha, I didn't even notice that!! I guess perfectinpurple and I have almost identical usernames and the pink trend seems to be spead around GC! Haha! Anyway, I decided to share some descreet information that might be helpful in my story.
There were never many Greeks in my family, just my mother and grandmother. They were both members of XYZ. I really never considered sorority life until my senior year. I knew absolutely nothing about it! I am definitely not the stereotype “sorority girl”. But I thought I would give it a shot, I have nothing to lose! My mom has been so helpful in preparing me for not only college life but fall rush as well!
So back up a few months, when I was applying for colleges. I had applied to several schools that I thought would be a good fit, but eventually narrowed my choices down to two. My state's big flagship university, where both of my parents had gone was one option. I had also recieved a small scholarship there, which was great! The other was a more prestigious and smaller school many, many miles away. I never thought I would get accepted, so it was a huge surprise. I slowly fell in love with the far away school. I finally decided to try something new, and go with the far away school! All of my friends are going to my state's flagship school or another close by big university, so I have absolutely no friends going with me on my little adventure. Hopefully, I will make some friends through the recruitment process!
Far Away school also has a very competitive greek system I've heard! I'm very scared but excited as well! I think I'm pretty prepared, I have at least one rec for every chapter and am working on my wardrobe! I can't wait!
