House fund raising plan

I have received a really fancy package, seeking to get alumni to contribute to reduce the debt on a house built in the mid-90s. I suspect some professionals did it.

It would help others see how the best do it.

I will be happy to send this to you - if you are thinking about a big fund raising program.
