My fraternity lost its charter in 1997 because some of my alumni did something stupid... the fraternity lived on and is still living on. After i pledged in fall 08 the school year went smooth until six of our brothers were contacted by our campus police during our second semester they had a hearing. the hearing was about being kicked out of school for being in our fraternity. The school went on facebook where our sisterhood had put pictures of some of the brothers with there letters on on there pictures page. the school then kicked out five out of the six of my fraternity brothers.
My beleif is anyone has the right to join any orginization they want. we have tried to get our charter back many times and we still do things for the community although we are uncharterd. if the school wants nothing to do with our fraternity and doesnt want to give us a charter then we are considered a off campus orginization and i think it violates our first ammendment rights.
I would just like some feed back on if you think what the school did is wrong or if you agree with it.

except when it sounds like "a" as in neighbor and weigh
