My chapter lists chapter fees separate from national fees. We don't lump them together.
ie: National Pledging Fee
Chapter Pledging Fee (small costs, just enough to cover the cost of ribbon, candles and roses)
National Initiation Fee
Chapter Initiation Fee (same as above)
Badge (minimal price & up)
National Semi Annual Dues & Fees
Parlor Fees, Corporation Note and other Housing Fees
Chapter Dues and other required fees
Optional items (T-shirts, pictures, etc)...
