I'm considered an "organizer" but I do attack at times, and I will attack repeatedly if I'm getting a lot of money out of the person. If there are ppl on the fight list with fewer than 300ish girls I will usually attack them first because it's an easy win esp. at the higher levels.
They might also be attacking you to improve their stats (fights won/girls TD).
If you want to grow your house super quick you should ask the ppl in your house if they can share your email or Facebook URL with their ppl. Also, idk if you are using a real email address for SL or not -- I created a SL-only email addy and added it to my FB profile so that I could be found using the search and I posted the SL email to the message boards and got a ton of ppl that way. I deleted them all [on my FB friends list] after adding them to SL and took that email address off my FB profile so I would stop getting random add requests from ppl I didn't know.
