Yay! I think you should post a "journal" of your experience in all your free time when you get home...
J/K - but definitely share some of your favorite memories!

I know that Convention is when a lot of the untried jewelry is offered for sale. I'm looking for something in particular, if anyone sees this: it would be a yellow gold <> diamond with the crest in the middle <c>, and a hole on each side. If anyone sees it, please call me, and I'll do whatever makes you comfortable to buy it for me. Thanks!

Here's my "It's a small world after all" story from Convention. I met the Chapter Advisor for Tau, Kansas University. Come to find out that my Dad and her's were pledge brothers. When I called my Dad he was floored and now can't wait to reconnect with his fraternity brother.

Go ahead and uncross! Congratulations to Alpha Iota for earning Stanard Leadership! That would put them working toward Golden Lion in 2011! I don't know a soul from the chapter, but I did think of you when their name was called. Full listings of all awards are available on the website. I believe that they are in the public area under the Convention tab....

I just got an email from an EO friend, and she confirmed that, if they keep true to form, they could be eligible for the Golden Lion in 2011. I am SOOO proud of the ladies who were once dubbed, "The Little Chapter Who Could"!!
Now, off to the website!

Can someone who went to convention please tell me what you were given as a gift at opening banquet? Since we are hosting again, we are responsible for opening banquet and the gifts and I wanted to know what you guys got in Orlando (I know from Boston since I attended that one).
Also, was the Biltmore chosen? I had "heard" that that is were it was going to be at, but obviously confirmation couldn't come until it had been officially announced at the closing banquet.
