I'm so glad she finally sent Wes home - he is the biggest douche imaginable.

I predict Wes will be a big hit on the talk show scene. He is probably the only true villain who has ever been on The Bachelorette. What a schmo.

Wow - I'm honestly surprised. I thought for sure Ed was headed home.
Kiptyn is snooze-ville to me. Just no personality. Can't wait for the tell-all though!
ETA: and Ed's mankini = blech

After watching last night's episode, I cry BS on this whole show.
I'm sorry, but the "soft porn" moments with the oil -- YUCK! Then they turn the lights out, and voila! as soon as there is trouble, the cameras are back in the room??? Yeah sure.
I think the whole thing is an elaborate ruse to up the drama. Also, Wes says that there are stylists who chose the clothes. If so, why did they dress Ed up like an ice cream vendor at the carnival for the rose ceremony?
Now that they don't have Wes to kick around, or throw under the bus, it's Ed's turn.
I think I have lost my interest, it's just too fake, and I like a real love story, or at least a well acted one

I am just so disappointed in what a zero Jillian is. I have to admit, I am not an avid, die-hard Bachelor/Bachelorettefan, but do watch often. So, last year, when I "met" Jillian, I thought, "Darling girl.Perfect Bachelorette" My word! She is one notch above jr high in her emotions, discussions, choice of words ("Like, I just don't know, like, if Wes is playing me or not.")
Watching this makes me realize why I am an off again/on again fan. It is just so contrived, and the same stuff happens season after season.
That said, I am sure I will be watching next week!

I am positive that the ABC stylists are in there, coiffing everyone "just so" and I also believe Reality Steve in that some men were paid to appear on the show.

I am so happy Jillian picked Ed...and did not fall for Reid. Kiptyn was nice but I liked Ed better. Hope it works out.

what a snooze! This season was so boring. The thing with Reid was just stupid. Chances are he didn't even fly home and come back. I don't see how there was enough time for him to fly back home to Philly from Hawaii, think about it for a few days, make some calls, then come back. I don't think he ever even left Hawaii!
But wow, talk about anti-climactic and boring!

That's what Reality Steve alleges as well.
Since this show likes to recycle the Runners Up, who will be the next Bachelor? I think Kiptyn would be a good choice. I also think that it was pretty obvious that the show was positioning Reid and Jake as future Bachelors.
That being said, he would never accept the opportunity, but if Wes was the next Bachelor, DAMN....you KNOW that that would make for good television.

I think the last minute plea for Jillian by Reid was actually a Bachelor 2009 try out.
