Kris needed the win. Adam didn't. Like him or hate him, Adam's gonna be around for a long time. I can't believe I'm going to quote Paula but, "he's iconic."
Adam was too fake for me. Yes HE can sing and he is very talented. For me he belongs on Broadway or in a Heavy Metal Band. So I'm not sure how well that relates to everyone in America. I also know that many Baptist Churchs in the South were promoting Kris Allen since he is a member of a huge Baptist church up in Arkansas. I think they both will do well, if they are managed properly and they stick to what they love doing.
