This is absolutely disgusting.

There have been several times in the past few years when the Milwaukee location has had to close due to mice infestation. Seems like just a disgusting chain from top to bottom.

The description of the head is what gave me the gag reflex.

I went to an Apple Bee's about 8 years ago and ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad. My salad had green moldy chicken in it. It makes me want to puke just describing it. I was eating it when I looked down at my fork and freaked. We called the waiter over and when he brought it in the back kitchen someone actually screamed. The manager rushed right over to us.

Yes, our meal was comped. Yes, the manager offered to bring us something different. No, I didn't take it. No, I haven't used the $10 worth of coupons they gave me yet.

Sorry that happened to you. I've had some prett bad experiences myself. I think the most disgusting one took place at IHOP. I had ordered a bowl of grits. The waiter had VERY long fingernails with dirt caked under them. When he brought out my grits, his thumb was firmly planted in them...with that long nail and all that dirt caked under it. I nearly threw up. I pitched a fit and my friends and I left.
