I'm afraid it'd look pretty cluttered if I did that, but I'll give it a shot. I'm sure about the ones which are up there right now, so I'm just going to leave those alone, but from here on out, good point. I'll do that.
My only concern will be that since these things are linking to a lot of campus publications and other sorts of sites that many of these links will be dead after awhile.
ETA: There wasn't much there, so I updated the links.

Hey Kevin:
For the list of closures due to risk management problems (hazing, etc., etc.) in 2009:
Delta Sigma Phi closed its chapter at Wittenberg in March 2009:
http://www.springfieldnewssun.com/ne...048.html?imw=Y
Excerpt:
Hazing incidents at Wittenberg University have resulted in the closing of a fraternity and sanctions levied against a sorority.
National representatives of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity closed the chapter on March 23 after it determined “serious hazing incidents that put our students at risk both mentally and physically,” said Sarah Kelly, Wittenberg’s vice president of student development and dean of students. The chapter has 23 members, eight of whom will graduate next month. It will remain closed until the fall of 2012, giving the chapter a chance to “recolonize” and gather a strong alumni, Kelly said.
The week prior, national representatives of the Chi Omega sorority joined the university in levying sanctions against its local chapter due to hazing.
The [Chi Omega] chapter was re-organized and will remain active, said Casey Stevens, Wittenberg’s director of Greek life. . . .

I'm not sure of the details, but on the radio this morning they mentioned something about the ATO house at IU. If I heard correctly, all but 20 of the members either had their membership revoked or they were put on alumni status.
A good friend of ours is an ATO from IU, but he has been alum for many years, so I doubt he would know more. Sad.

Delta Zeta at Virginia Tech
Per an email to Panhellenic Advisors from the VT Sorority Advisor:
"I regret to inform you that the Kappa Theta Chapter of Delta Zeta Sorority has been found responsible for violations of university policies. As a result of these violations and previous sanctions, Delta Zeta has lost recognition at Virginia Tech. Due to this loss of recognition the Delta Zeta National Board has removed the charter of the chapter at Virginia Tech."

That's a bad loss for Delta Zeta. They were the first chapter installed at Virginia Tech.
