Yeah, and isn't it a coinky dink that we were just talking about changing numbers of groups in rounds in that IU thread?

OPhiA Ginger: according to this story, the "struggling/rebuilding" house is a local, so they can cut whoever and however many they want - the only numbers pressure they have is what they put on themselves. They don't have a national pressuring them to take any old thing with an ovary for the sake of quota/total.
