Well, I don't have much that can help you raise $25K in 3 months if you have a small base, but probably the most effective way I've found to raise money from young alums is in small bits.

Your HQ might have a way for you to do this.

Set up some kind of system whereby alums agree to certain small amounts, $100, $200, $300 and do it in payments, e.g., if they want to donate $120, it's $10/month for a year. A lot of alums won't think twice about $15, $20 or $25/month and you can see how it can add up really fast. There are things you can do to make that tax deductible (there are advantages and disadvantages to this). I won't go into detail on those things, but it's something to ask your attorney/CPA about.
