I gave my boyfriend a couple of advance screening passes I had. He is REALLY excited. I would go just to look at Zachary Quinto, but I'll be out of town.

I grew up with Star Trek fan, but Quinto is my current choice of eye candy so I want to see this movie!

I was never a big Star Trek (or sci fi movies/book fan). I have seen a couple episodes of the original and the rest of the series.
That said:
THIS MOVIE WAS FREAKING AWESOME!
I did not want this movie to end. I want the sequel out next week. I want this show to be a regular series.

I'm A huge Star Trek Fan.  I went to see the movie last night and I was impressed. with the exception of Checkov, the cast did a great job. I was happy to see Leonard Nimoy playing the original Spock as well. The Only sad thing is I still wish William Shatner had a part in it.

I went twice yesterday......
My mom and I went to see it yesterday afternoon....She likes Star Trek, but is not a huge fan.....She LOVED it!
I went later that night with some friends...hahahaha.....I thought it was brilliant!
