Thank goodness for DVRs! I was out of town (death in the family) and just watched it last night. What a great episode.
Oh and can I say that McRambo can wear the hell out of some scrubs? OMG he has a great butt!

Finally! I think the previews for Grey's during Desperate Housewives last night said there are only 3 more episodes this season? And I think they were showing stuff from all 3 remaining episodes. We'll see!

Now wouldn't that be cool to write into the plot for next season?

Finally!!!!! I really hope they write in the pregnancy. With a girl as tiny as she is I don't think they could just ignore it and strategically place charts in front of her midsection.

In my opinion, if you didn't cry at tonight's episode, you don't have a soul.
Which really isn't true, but whatever. It's so.

I cried. More than once. I even almost cried when Derek and Mark came home talking like nothing had ever happened between them. If Meredith hadn't told Lexie "You can stop eating now" and Lexie said "Thank God!", which made me laugh, I would have cried. Very emotional episode. I think all of them for the rest of the season will be emotional.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!
I didnt cry but I hollared at the TV twice. That means it was a good show for me.
Deja vu, any one with Alex and George yelling at each other?
Wow @ Callie!!
Awww at Meredith and Lexie.
Yay that Sloan and Shepard made up, as only men do. lol
Lol @ Sloan yelling at Callie: STOP SPEAKING SPANISH!!! I'm about to go into surgery and I can't understand Spanish!!
Dead and done @ Lexie and her eating. "I had to wear the scrubs with the elastic in the waistband!"
Miranda Bailey rules the world, you hear me?! Chandra Wilson is simply phenomenal! Period.
Chuyler's pregnancy will not be written in.
ETA: *applause* for Owen for getting the help he needs.
Oh my @ Izzie, I"m not used to seeing her like that.
and ROFL at the first two dresses.

I'm shocked that this was the writer's first episode. It's one of their best ever, as good as the bomb in the guy episode, maybe even better. Better than anything in the last season.

Now that I'm more cohearant abut the episode...
I swear to God, if Chandra Wilson does NOT get her Emmy or whatever for this season, people do not have BRAINS.
I've never been an Izzie hater. But last night, when she was pulling all that crap, I wanted to slap her. I don't know if the writers were trying to do that or not...
Alex and George yelling at each other was definitely a deja vu kind of moment. A quite nice one. It was nice to see George as a part of the episode, rather than part of the scenery.
I really enjoyed seeing Callie like that- proves that Sara is an amazing actress. But the chick playing Arizona... not so much. I like the character, just not a fan of the acting.
That little girl was heartbreaking. I just... it was so simplistically heartbreaking and realistic. God, I sobbed.
Seeing Meredith smile in that dress... so cute. If Meredith were to wear a foofy dress (which I still think she'll go for something simpler), that would be it.
Meredith finally telling Lexie that she's her sister... beautiful.
This reminds me why I love the show. Though I think I won't be able to rewatch this episode like I am some others.

For real tho! If she doesn't get an award, I will know for sure someone was paid off!
I wanted to pimp slap Izzy last night with her "crying wolf" BS. You don't pull shit like that
