You're close in saying that but actually all of these women were Siena Medalists. "The medal is the highest honor the organization bestows upon a
non-member and is named after St. Catherine of Siena."
So they're not members but they were recognized by Theta Phi Alpha for their outstanding efforts/actions/etc.
