Alright, alright point taken. But if I may...this is a forum for conversation, I just wanted to post and reply to something that may be beneficial to myself or someone else. WOW!! 600 sit-ups! Holy cow! I'd be lucky if I could stomach 50 sit-ups in a row . Sit-ups are SO not my thing! How many do you do?
