What kind of hooker harem dress is Miss Arkansas wearing?! I'm not surprised she didn't make Top 5. I know it's all about confidence, and I'm sure it takes a confident person to wear that, but that just looks like something you'd see on a Rock of Love contestant... well, maybe if you hiked up the length about 30 inches
