My "solution" was a reduction in the amount received in somebody tests positive for drugs and to completely cut off and deport any illegals that we know of- that would cut spending. The "PRUCOL" illegals need to be deported immediately... if you're here illegally then you need to go... plain and simple.

I can't speak for other parts of the country, but in Texas one new thing that they have instituted is to have a person get a copy of their birth certificate or INS card.
This is something that's new and I think that it will be a big help.
