Easter Egg Hunt Social

Hi!

I am planning a rather improptu easter egg hunt for the girls in my chapter who are staying at school for easter, and for the boys in my boyfriend's chapter who are doing the same.

I know I am going to have a traditional easter egg hunt, and perhaps some appetizers to eat, or maybe even a small meal after. At the moment, the space I have to use is the yard behind my boyfriend's fraternity's house.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for making an easter egg hunt more "complicated", maybe like a scavenger hunt instead? I don't want it to be difficult, but I want it to take more than 10 minutes, and I would like to have something that can be worked on in teams (since I am hoping to have this be somewhat of a mixer as well between our two orgs)

Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated!!

Be careful with using the word "scavenger hunt"...
Region 3/HQ seems to be very touchy with hazing things, and a scavenger hunt automatically sends up warning bells for hazing.
Make sure you word it...carefully.
I know that when I was a child, my mother always wrote out poems for the various eggs, and they had to be found in a certain order. As we got older, my brother and I had to find only certain colors, and in size order.

What about having the participants team up in groups of two and "bunny hop" (three legged race) to each of the locations?
