Welcome Heather! Has your chapter read "I Heart Recruitment"? This book may be helpful for you guys to learn how to find members on your campus. Most of us are lucky to have a large number of women wanting to join a sorority every time we have formal recruitment. It sounds like y'all have to figure out how to attract women to the greek system. I read this book and thought it included a lot of common sense methods to improve a chapter's recruitment.
