Every NPC group has a person designated to advise their collegiate chapters on NPC issues. She is most likely a member of your NPC delegation. Contact your HQ and find out who it is for your chapter and bring her into this. She can bring the NPC area adviser in as well if the CPH will not adhere to the rules.
