Ok my chapter right now is looking to recruit a few more new members this spring. There is one girl that the chapter decided to release during formal recruitment. The problem was we really didn't get a chance to really get to know her well and she was often confused with another pnm. Now that some months have past and we have gotten to know her we are interested in possibly extending her bid. Did she accept a bid from another sorority last fall? If she did, she is not eligible to participate in recruitment this spring. Accepting a bid from a group is what's binding for a year...not the fact that she was released by your chapter.

No she didn't receive a bid from any other chapter. She dropped out recruitment before pref night. Yeah we ask to see the green book and we are just waiting for panhellenic to respond so I decided I would come here and see if I could get quicker feedback. Thanks for your response though.
