I have the Rewards card. Can't you use the coupon without the physical coupon as long as you have your card?
Depends on the store. They ALWAYS have the coupon at the register but sometimes they act funny about using it unless you can show them your email in your phone confirming that you got it.
I just wink at the cashier if I have that problem.

I just got a rewards card last week because I went into Borders and discovered that they had a 25% off Teacher Discount for anything in the store!!! You just had to show your id!
They also had a 30% sale of about half of their collection of CDs and DVDs...
I got some good stuff....
