I don't remember him saying that Mike killed his brother in prison, but I don't think he ever said Mike specifically did it.
I know there were a lot of theories floating around that it was Mike since he spent time in prison & did kill someone.
I could be way off base though. The episodes were sooooooo spaced out this season, so I probably forgot
